#AskTheExpert Hi sir mujhe 1 month twins baby girls hai. mujhe aisa lgta h ki dono k liye proper brest milk nhi ho pata h. to kya mujhe upar se koi formula milk dena chahiye

A. Hi mom If ur babies are active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur feed is sufficient for the baby. If not then yes u can start with the formula milk

A. Hi, food like fenugreek, oatmeal, garlic, fennel seed, sabudana etc are know to increase the milk supply. Ensure you take proper meal and rest. also have enough water. Let the baby latch on both breast to get proper milk supply to baby. Thanks
