A. hi ji ,isse swollen lymphnodes bolte he. ye tab hi hota he jab bachche ko koi infection hota he. jese ki sardi ,gale ka infection . to ek bar apne pediatrician se jrur mile khud koi dawai ya fir koi nuskha try na kre.
