#asktheexpert Hi sir I’m worried to stop breast feeding,my daughter is 2 years 1month old ,she is very much addicted for breast milk Kindly suggest how can I stop and how to improve her sleep

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl8 months agoA. You have to introduce a complimentary feeding with which only you’ll be able to put onto the breastfeeding which is what is going to help and take a medicine to dry up your breastfeed I think that is going to be quite a good option for you
