For healthy weight gain, give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give variety of pulses and legumes. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates. Add ghee to baby’s food.

Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Include ghee, dry fruits powder, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, avocado, ragi etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain. Take care
