#asktheexpert Hi, my son Saqeef Sami is 8yr 4 month old but his height is not increasing and he is always have muscles cramp and pain in his leg. please suggest me what to do

Muscle cramps are usually there when the child is actually having deficiency of magnesium and if the height and the growth of your child has topped for the time being then that’s definitely due to other nutritional deficiency or improper diet so you have to check with your doctor one time
