#AskTheExpert hi.. my son is going to b 3yrs on Sept 20.my query is he always touches the penice of his weather he wear pants or not though I always tell him not to touch wenever I see him.

it happens because of many reasons like dry skin , dehydration , or child tries to explore body parts through touching ,etc.
please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes.
avoid using diapers for now.
keep that area clean
keep your child well hydrated
try to distract your child by giving toys or activities.
please don't scold or yell at your child for this.
stay calm consistent and positive.
