#AskTheExpert hi my son is 9 month old now..my question is what kind of vegetables we should feed him now..today we tried giving him a little bit of culiflower but later he puked all of it..is it due to culiflower?

yes, as it has rough texture. Give veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli, sweet potatoes, okra, bottle gaurd, peas, squash, zucchini, yam, green banana.

you can give mashed potatoes and carrots and sweet potato and green peas and banana apple chiku papaya pear plum etc
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
