#asktheexpert Hi,my son is 3 yr 5 m old he's weight is between 11to 12 kg since 1 year,plzz suggest me regarding he's healthy weight gain .

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. You can also give lots of green vegetables and dairy products to the baby on daily basis. Give soaked almonds to the baby. Indulge the baby in outdoor games. Thanks and take care
