#AskTheExpert Hi , My son is 10montha old, his weight is 7kg and height is 65cm. is I need to worry pls suggest me how to increase his height and gain weight.

It’s all normal and common
No need to worry
Massage regularly with coconut oil
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
Give adequate feeding from one breast at a time to rich to hind milk which is rich in fat
Helps to increase baby’s weight
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
