RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. Calpol 10 drops you can give to the child as of now this is a basic medicine that is going to be helpful in reducing down the cold symptoms to the child so you can give it for a minimum of 3 to maximum of five days and that should be helpful
