Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. hi as a child is lossing weight , please check health issues like worm Infection, stomach problem like colic, indigestion or constipation, nutritional deficiencies , dehydration, teething etc and please visit your pediatrician for once as he or she can give proper guidance after examining your child.
