Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. after introducing weaning food and complementary food it is important to see that the food you have introduced should not cause constipation or gas formation in the child.
it is important to introduce fiber diet and plenty of water for the child in the form of pulses cereals vegetables and fruits.
you can add papaya pear oats whdich will help in decreasing the chances of constipation.
Give plentyd of water to drink
if the problem continues your doctor will add constipation medicine like polythene glycol.
