#AskTheExpert hi..my kid is 3 months old and has not pooped in last 8 days. His feeding is normal and is active as usual. any remedies?

Gently press and massage the lower left side of his abdomen, do bicycling motion of legs onto and away from his abdomen this may stimulate the muscles to contract and move matter for evacuation.

Do cycling exercise of legs and lift the legs and gently press across the tummy for bowel movement.
Breastfeeding babies can go without poop for 10 days altogether. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds then no need to worry
