#AskTheExpert hi my daughter is 7 yrs old. from last one year when we go to bed her nose gets congested.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. nasoclear saline drops gyvcold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby indirect or direct steam twice a day and also give baby honey with Luke warm water thrice a day and also apply Luke warm mustard oil on baby chest. Take care
