#asktheexpert Hi , my daughter is 18 months old . She has started to refuse food and doesn’t even eat. Except fruits like banana and grapes . How do I make her eat ? What ever I prepare healthy, she never takes a bite . We keep distracting her and the feed which is hectic and she cries a lot. It takes more than an hour to feed few spoons of food.

give her verity of foodcwith new taste n texture, maje eating time more intresting n enjoyable.
avoid offering milk or otger liquids around neal time.
