Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. in case there are any dots,rashes or patches over the body of your baby they may be of red or white colour they may indicate some kind of infection, allergy or any other pathological process which needs to be clinically examined before advising any treatment it will be better if you visit your doctor for ththisis.
