#AskTheExpert Hi My baby is 8m 10days old. He is doing motion with mucus and sometimes 4 times a day Motion color is green What is issue and what can be done

A. if it is with mucus or blood then you must get us tool test done for the baby because it can be due to infection Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation

A. hi Stool with mucus can be caused by cough , food reaction or Infection please keep an eye on your child diet give entrogermina 2 drops twice in a day. give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more avoid giving new food for now keep your child well hydrated maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner. so please visit your pediatrician for once.
