#asktheexpert Hi my baby is 8 months old and she is not taking solids properly.. like she ll tak 2 to 3 spoons not more than that can you please suggest me to help in her diet

till 1 year breastfeeding remains major source of nutrition
do not force feed and let baby explore different textures flavours and types of food
let baby regulate the quantity
do ne t breastfeed before meal time
