#AskTheExpert hi my baby is 4 months 10 days, she ducks less these days due to cold and congestion.2-3 diapers a day. Can I add formula along with breastfeeding? What formula should I go with? My

A. first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child. your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding.d continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child. small all children take demand feeding that is when they feel hungryx they will take feeding. .

A. Yash if you want you can go ahead with giving formula feeding his where but start with stage one and about 30 to 60 ML to begin with because they say you’ll come to know the exact amount of feed milk and what is the correct appetite that you have to follow for the child
