#AskTheExpert Hi, my baby is 2 Months old. I and baby have got cold and yesterday whole night since 9pm till 7am she was continuously crying taking breaks. she dint take milk feed properly. please suggest how to take care.

A. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment concssists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
