#ASKTHEEXPERT Hi my baby has fever from yesterday. she is rejecting the breast milk. And the fever is off and on. I am keeping her hydrated but yet she rejects the BM. what should I do?

A. that's common.. If you can bf as much as possible and express after feed and try to feed with spoon. You can also dream feed your baby offer different fluids like coconut water, juice, suji kheer.

A. Hello dear parent! Check if your baby is teething. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene. Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething discomfort. Give easily digestible homemade foods like vegetable soups or khichadi. If the fever persists then consult your doctor for further advice.
