no , there isn't that much effects.
as a nursing mother,take healthy and nutritious diet so that your child immunity remains high.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
yes ,you can use fan ,but keep the room temperature moderated.

When You are exclusively breastfeeding the child your food habits obviously make a lot of difference because the child is completely dependent on the particular in and putting on a fan have any impact on the child it’s normal to for a child to be in pain what is the weather is changing so you be very particular otherwise it will take no time for a child to catch hold
