#asktheexpert hi my 1 year old is suffering from cough since 2 days.. also.stuffy nose but no fever. he coughs a lot while eating solids . please guide how to treat him at home so he can recover fast.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. Use humidifier at bed time in the room and put nasoclear nasal drops twice a day abd keep his head elevated abd start giving one teaspoon honey mixed with few drops of ginger get and tulsi twice a day
