In such a case clinical assessment is needed once so you should contact your nearby doctor or local physician to get physical examination done for proper diagnosis and then only proper treatment suggestions can be given it will be better .do not worry if all the other milestones of baby are normal according to age, you shhould just wait and watch. milestones in different babies in the particular age group may differ,some may show early as per age while some may have it delayed but they achieve according to their growth pattern

They begin to show some independence and may play pretend and point at objects they want. They also begin to understand what things in the house are used for, such as a cup or spoon.
