POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. Chicken should be introduced in baby's diet gradually once semi solid foods are started as it is a rich source of proteins. You can first give it in the form of soup with veggies in smaller quantity so that it is easy to digest. In 7 month, you can give it to the baby in smaller chunks after removing the bones. Cook it well.
