please measuring the temperature.
if it remains Constant or if it remains for more than 3 days ,if temperature is 100f or above then you should consult your pediatrician.
please keep your child well hydrated
dress your child lightly
keep your child in well vantileted room.
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
