Q.

my son is having 100.8 fever. I gave him pcm last night, but no effect. please suggest

A. can be given 6 hourly. Cough and cold is due to the seasonal variation or changes in temperature . Mostly it's a viral and will be normal in 3 to 5 days just steam as a home remedy for this. Other montair LC for cold and ascoril for cough can be used

A. Hi dear mom Viral fever can take 3-5 days to subside. So no need to worry. Continue to give pcm. Repeat the dose after five six hours if fever comes again. If no other symptoms then no need to worry
