#AskTheExpert hi mam my baby boy's weight is 6.9 kg and he is 5 month 9 days old so this weight is normal or he is under weight please tell me? and can I give gripe water to my baby, is this safe?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. weight is in normal range.. Gripe water should not be used in babies.
It is not good for baby just give only breast milk.
Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month.
.....burp properly after each feed.
avoid any self medication.

as per your child age his weight is normal so no need to worry about this matter
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
please give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding
