First of all relax. Even if you were pregnant it is unlikely that your tummy will become big already. Even after taking the medication for withdrawal bleeding if you haven’t got the bleeding then consult your doctor￼

Did Get a sonography done if you test was not negative because sometimes a UPT that you take at home do not a give you hundred percent results and it was June now it is September end so it’s almost 3 months three It is better that you get a sonography done for yourself as it could be pregnancy or it could be definitely some PCOD or PCOS issue
