ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well loose motion in pregnant is not s good sign. please show to a doctor as soon as possible. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
