#AskTheExpert hi madam, I am a mother of 10 months old baby. after delivery I didn't see much hairfall. but from last two months onwards, I could see lot of hairfall like never before. I am taking atmost care of diet, and all.. daily taking a zincovit tablet in the night, and added soaked almonds to my daily breakfast. but still seeing the hairfall problem. please advise

Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Apply onion paste regularly
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Stay hydrated
Wash hairs often with chemicals free shampoo
Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil
