#AskTheExpert hi im mom of 1 month 26 days old baby boy .My baby totally depends on expressing milk plus sometimes formula bcoz he has latching prob .my bm supply is just 90ml in span of 3hrs ,sometimes it give even less than that but my baby want milk for every 2 hrs in daytime .I cant produce sufficient milk for him ,my bm supply couldnt increase beyond 90ml limit .please suggest how to increase my bm supply?im already taking satvari powder,garlic,jeera,saunf,meeti seeds,milk etc latcation foods but my bm still same amount.pls help

Hello mom as you are almost trying the above mentioned supplements for breast milk production then this could be normal .. it’s fine so what you can do is give your milk priority and feed him as much as possible and rest give formula milk
