#asktheexpert hi i want to ask that my lo 1.5 yrs old dont eat much and ask for milk mostly how to make her eat more and drink less milk??

Restrict milk to 400 - 500 ml in a day
Give variety of food and choices to ur baby.
Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating. Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint etc to increase the appetite of ur baby.
