#Asktheexpert Hi, I'm taking Lactare capsules daily, from 3rd month my milk started reducing even after pumping every 2 hours as my baby dont empty the breast. Can i take both Lactare capsules & Galact granules each day? If so how much intake it should be ? 3 times a day im taking total of 6 capsules.

regular pumping increases milk..use Babyhug electric breast pump..
take lactation supplements..
take green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds garlic oats dalia sabudana ragi..
