#AskTheExpert Hi, I just wanted to know that during the first trimester of pregnancy what should I eat and what's not to stop the morning sickness and vomiting?

A. Hello mam , morning sickness in one of the part and parcel of most pregnant women. So it’s a phase and Almost would fade off by the time . You need to take healthy diet and keep yourself well hydrated. Have seasonal fruits and vegetables, avoid pineapple and papaya throughout the pregnancy . Limit your outside food and too much of sugary and Refined foods C have fresh home made foods dal , roti etc , dry fruits and nuts , milk etc

A. Thanks alot mam. As I vomited 2-3times a day and after a meal it feels like to be vomit this makes me really afraid of eating anything. could you plz suggest me how to cope up with this.
