#AskTheExpert Hi I had my c-sec back in 6 months ago can I start to excerise n can give more stress on abs and pelvic area won’t it harm my uterus

A. Hi dear good morning ya you can start have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice.
