A. see yiu got to get a check up ok. try yo see a foctt. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

A. it is possible that you are having this pain because of two reasons first could be gastric trouble second is possible that you are having some infection I would recommend you to have lots of water before sleeping have ajwain water in the morning
