subravaneeMom of a 9 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. You can start from now its ideal actually. Add a little amount to the rice or any veggies you give. Normally in a day you cant exceed 5 mg of salt at any given time be it for adults or babies.So calculate accordingly and add to the diet.
