#AskTheExpert hi from last one year I am facing delayed periods issue...I am unmarried and doing work from home...plz help

A. lose weigh.See you can try to do a full hormone profile if its nit better in three months. Make lifestyle changes as wellTry to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
