ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see after 6 week you start exercises but intense can be taken up slowly after that ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

After Minimum of six months because normal delivery stitches take about 1 1/2 to 2 months will completely after that you can go for a simple mild exercises if you are comfortable with and after six months I am saying because by then you will not be exclusively breastfeeding the child so intensive workout is good to go for after completing six months
