as your child is 2.5 year old ,if he or she looks happy and active then no need to worry about his or her weight much.
because for a child ,it is very important to stay healthy and active then any other things.
so, please focus on healthy development of your child.
offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes,sweet potatoes,rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apples banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child's diet.
give massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
