#AskTheExpert Hi dr. my age is 30 I'm a mother of 3 year old boy and recently I came to know dat I have some ovaries cysts and I'm getting irregular periods and dr advised me take mala N contraceptive pills fr regulating my periods... plz help

A. hi mom if u have already consulted with ur doctor then u can start the mala n pill as they help to regularise the periods ... take care ok ...
