Ma’am Mix it into Mail can make a milkshake and give it to your child that we basically will have to find it you know in a pattern to incorporate like milk curd you can make smoothies and all these things try to give it in a different variation that way or make a salad out of it on the chat out of it you have to work upon the recipes that way
