A. this is a pustular swelling. there is pus accumulated beneath the swelling. there is a possibility that you may requirex antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus. so kindly visit the doctor. for pain you xcan give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream

A. Hello this requires a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too also make sure you are not using a very tight diaper
