Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. 400 units Vitamin D3 : you have to give 0.5 ml daily
400 units Vitamin D : you have to give 1 ml daily
But in case your baby is able to get 15-20 mins of sunlight daily, then you can stop taking these supplements.
Zincovit should be given only when it is really needed. Please consult with your paediatrician once before starting zincovit. Give your baby a well balanced diet and include all seasonal fruits and vegetables in the diet.
