A. 1) no animal milk before 1 year. 2) make it's porridge, use in khichdi, cerelac. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form. Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.

A. You should give your baby only breast milk or iron-fortified formula during the first 12 months of life, not cow's milk. Starting at age 6 months, you may add solid foods to your baby's diet. ... Your baby's system cannot handle the high levels of these nutrients in cow's milk: Protein.Sodium.Potassium. Yes you can give mashed cooked rice with dal or rasam
