#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, My postpartum period ended in 20 days..And again started in 14 days and lasted for 5 days..is this my usual period or postpartum period coming again? FYI, I am exclusively breastfeeding my 1 1/2 months baby.. Is this normal ?

A. Hello ma’am I would like to tell you with a lot of women it is common to get the regular period after their postpartum bleeding. And it is completely normal and common so if you get your periods again after a month on the right day to wear it when it supposed to be that means it is your regular periods so that’s it there is nothing to be worried about then

Q. Hi, I had a normal delivery on 5th October 2022, post that in November I had spotting on 12th November which lasted for 5 days. Then on 2th December I again had spotting which lasted for 5 days and my period started on 27th December (same month) with heavy flow which I believe was normal. Period lasted for 7 days.
