#AskTheExpert hi doctor, My little baby girl has become 9 months old now. so i want to know the diet & food chart for her and what can we feed her for her better growth. weight: 9kg height: 65cm is it's okay as per her age or not?

A. dear parent, your baby's weight and height are normal. give homemade variety of foods in soft and lumpy form you can give roti soaked in Dal and vegetable, vegetable Dal rice vegetable khichdi, vegetable Daliya, Pulao, idli dosa soaked in thick vegetable sambar lapsi ,upma, sheera Porridge, Kheer include curd along with meal paneer variety of seasonal vegetables green leafy vegetables and fruits egg and non-veg give four meals a day and about three fourth Katori every time can give one finger food in between for baby to eat by self in your supervision continue to breastfeed
