After 1 year age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy.
Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis.
Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.

yes , babies do this.
what you can do is ,try to offer water in sipper or special cup .
I would suggest Babyhug brand sipper for this
it may help to encourage your child to drink water from it.
you can offer few sips of water during play time too
or offer water in different forms like soup, juice, coconut water etc
