my baby reaching almost 7 months now. i feed him in morn thn he goes for bath, sleeps and b4 sleeping i give him a fruit. once he is awake i keep wimbi (in kenya we get )(ragi) for him sometimes i give him raab, dal boiled mashed and brocolli steamed mashed and pureed. thn he sleeps after llaying abit thn once he wakes up he plays and i keep feeding him till night on demand. so now bcoz they r growing our milk wont satisfy them u gt to give them food and start weaning your baby.
